Althea is proud of the successes she has gained for her clients who have been falsely arrested, subjected to excessive force during an arrest, and those who have been denied medical treatment in jail or prison.

Althea’s prior experience defending Fortune 500 companies in state and federal courts equips her to help her current clients with their business litigation needs. She regularly represents clients in landlord/tenant matters, and cases against manufacturers, insurance companies, state regulatory bodies, and competitors.  She is able to advise her business clients on day-to-day issues to avoid costly lawsuits.
