Immigration

While immigration forms may, in some instances, appear simple, there are innumerable details and regulations not included in the instructions that slow or assist your case in being approved. Some individuals believe that these nuances are best left in the hands of a legal professional – only you know what is best for you and your loved ones.

Family Immigration

  • Petitions and visa preference categories
  • K-Visas for fiancé, spouse, or children
  • Adjustment of Status

Green Card Replacement

Naturalization

We have helped countless clients become citizens of the United States, even some who initially had a criminal bar to naturalizing. A consultation is especially encouraged in this area for those persons who believe that they are ineligible to naturalize.

VAWA (Self Petitioning Spouse)

VAWA petition allows battered immigrants to petition for legal status in the United States without relying on their abusive U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident spouse, parents or children to sponsor their Adjustment of Status (Form I-485) applications.

We are especially proud of our success in getting our clients’ VAWA petitions approved. We work with each client to identify and collect the documents that will support a successful petition. We conduct witness interviews and assist witnesses to reduce their first-hand knowledge of our clients’ situation to writing.

U-Visas

U-Visas allow victims of certain crimes who have suffered mental or physical abuse and are helpful to law enforcement or government officials in the investigation or prosecution of criminal activity to obtain lawful status in the United States.
